Your Therapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the founder and sole provider of this practice. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Longwood University in 2020 and my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2022.

Over the past four years in private practice, I have worked with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, mood concerns, and life transitions. My experience in nonprofit settings, including reentry support after incarceration, substance use counseling groups, and case management, strengthened my commitment to trauma informed, strengths based, and practical care. I strive to meet clients with compassion, collaboration, and respect for their lived experiences.

Perinatal mental health is both a deep passion and a specialty area within my work. Through my professional training and my own motherhood journey, I developed a meaningful commitment to supporting individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, birth trauma, and the identity shifts that often accompany parenthood. I understand how transformative and vulnerable this season can be, and I focus on providing realistic, applicable support that honors both the emotional intensity and the everyday demands of this stage of life.
